We are a made-to-order brand, therefore each garment is individually made only once an order has been placed. We intend to dispatch all items within 7 working days (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). We offer faster turnover time for UK & International orders so if you would like your item/s faster, please use the appropriate shipping option. Shipping Time Frame & Delivery Time Frame

Please note, our shipping time differs from our delivery time frame. Our shipping time frame includes the process of making your item/s in our studio. This is known as our turnover time which is usually around 7 working days unless you have purchased our faster options. Our delivery time frame is an estimate for how long the courier will take to deliver your item/s once it has been dispatched.

What are your Delivery options? UK orders

Our U.K parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days unless you have purchased our Next Day Service or our Saver. Delivery time frames after your item has been dispatched are listed below.

  • 1st Class Signed for (1-3 working days)- £5.90.

  • 2nd Class Signed for (2-5 working days) - £4.75.

  • Rush Order (1 working day)- £35

  • Express Saver (2 working day)- £25

What are your Delivery options? International Orders

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days unless you have purchased our Fast Track International Service. Delivery time frames after your item has been dispatched are listed below.

  • Super Saver (within 8-10 working days)- £15
  • Standard shipping (within 5-7 working days) - £22
  • Express Shipping (within 2-5 working days)- £30
  • Fast track Internatational (within 1-4 working days) £50

Do you do Next Day Delivery? U.K orders only

Rush Order Service

Orders must be received before 10:00am GMT time. This service will prioritise your order and will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Please note this service is an additional £35 and includes the next day shipping cost. To read more about this service, click here.

** Express Saver (2 day delivery) ** UK orders only

Orders must be placed by 1pm (working days only), this will ensure your item/s will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee therefore you will receive your order the following working day. This service is an additional** £25 ** and includes the next day shipping cost.

Do you offer Next Day for International Orders?

We offer a quicker service for international orders:

  • Fast track Internatational (within 1-4 working days) £50

The turnover time for this service is 2 working day. Orders must be received before 1pm GMT time. Orders will be sent using Fast Track International the day AFTER your purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping on orders above £150 for UK and international orders. Use code: FREESHIPPING.

What size do I purchase?

We recommend using our size chart to find your perfect size. All of our fabric is Polyester/Lycra therefore the material is super stretchy. Our pieces vary in style so if you would like any help on the fit please send us an email or DM us on instagram we can advise or give any additional information to assist you in selecting your perfect size.

As we are a handmade brand, we also offer a Custom Made Service to all of our customers. With this service, you can alter the style, size, length & colour of any of our pieces. If you are inbetween sizes we recommend using this service as we are able to make it to your specific measurements.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend or cancel your order. Please thoroughly review your order before purchasing. If there is an error with your shipping address please email us at info@studiio96.com as soon as possible to update the shipping address. Delays in sending us your correct shipping address may result in lost packages which we are not responsible for.

Do you offer refunds?

At this moment, we offer an exchange policy only. If you are unsatisfied with your order, received faulty merchandise or simply changed your mind, we are more than happy to alter or exchange the item.

Customers have 7 days after receiving their goods to send back an item for an exchange. Exchanging an item requires confirmation from your behalf that you are agreeing that the garment is unworn and has not been tampered with.

Please keep and share with us the proof of shipping (tracking number, receipt of payment for shipping etc.) to confirm the item has been shipped within 7 working days.

Upon receipt of the item/s, our team will inspect the item/s to ensure the item is eligble for an exchange. We will issue a confirmation email once the item/s has arrived at our studio, and will process your exchange. Please note, as our items are made-to-order, we will require 7 working days to make and dispatch your item.
